Virtual Advertising

Broadcast virtual is a technology company that provides the expertise to turn live sports events into advertising platforms without the need for physical signage.

Our solution allows realtime insertion of virtual advertisement in any type of sporting event using tracking technology to keep the advertising tied to its field position, regardless of camera motion.

Our system has four main benefits over using physical signage:

  1. Clarity
  2. Accurate Colour Reproduction
  3. Flexibility
  4. Durability

Clarity

The painted logo on the left shows the painted approximation of the sponsors logo, our solution shown on the right uses the actual sponsors logo.
Our solution is not limited by what can be painted, we can take any hi-resolution image and place it anywhere on the pitch. Our system can be used to add anything from one logo to as many as are required.

Durability

The image on the left shows a Rugby Union test played during heavy rain, the logos have been washed away. The right hand image shows a Rugby League game played five kilometres away on the same evening in the same weather, the virtual logos are unaffected by the weather.
